Built on 501 acres of privately owned land and nestled along the serene Mariposa Creek, this is a perfect area for people looking for an adult lifestyle park model golf course community and those living the snowbird life style.  We are conveniently located  just 6 miles south of Lindsay in the beautiful Kawarthas and close to all amenities.

Our resort is being constructed in three phases of 100 sites in each phase ranging in size from 5,000 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft., all equipped for year round use with hydro, water, sewer, phone, cable and high speed internet.

The Robinson Family has been in the RV and Camping Industry since 1973.
Until 2005 they operated the two largest 4 Star resorts and a successful RV dealership east of Toronto in the Kawartha Lakes. We plan to continue the Family Tradition of exceptional resort operation and outstanding facilities for many years to follow. Resort owner Al Robinson has built his businesses on customer service, honesty and integrity. He has received a variety of awards including RV Dealer of the Year and The OPP Commissioner's Citation Award for Community Service. Al attended York University graduating with an honours BA in geography/urban studies after being a proud member of the Toronto Police Force. He then returned to his family business and began to expand his business interests. On a personal note Al is a community minded individual who has served or is serving on a number of boards of directors including but not limited to; the Lindsay and District Chamber of Commerce, KLACC (joint Chambers of Commerce), ORVDA (RV Dealers Association), OPCA (Campground Association), Lakefield Speed Skating Oval, Omemee Medical Centre and Kawartha Lakes Doctor Recruitment. As a family man, he is very proud of his three daughters, Bailey, Cassandra and Alexa.  Other interests include his horse farm, politics and numerous other business interests. Getting involved and giving back to the community is Al's philosophy of life.
